13.8.1. Subdivisions All divisions of a tract or parcel of land into two or more lots, building sites, or other divisions for the purpose of sale or building development (whether immediate or future) or any division of land involving the dedication of a new street or a change in existing streets. shall not receive final plat The final map of all or a portion of a subdivision which is presented for final approval. approval until the applicant furnishes an attorney's certification that proper legal provisions have been made for the following, as applicable:
